1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing PhotoFav (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Photographer Content & Intellectual Property

Photographers retain full copyright and ownership of all imagery uploaded to PhotoFav. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights and model releases to publish and deliver uploaded photos.

3. Subscription Billing & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay. Fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property rights. PhotoFav reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these standards.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
