2. Biometric Facial Data & Guest Selfies

When an attendee uploads a selfie to find their event photos, the image is used exclusively to generate an ephemeral mathematical face embedding solely for matching against photos within that specific event gallery.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade biometric facial data to third parties.
• Selfies are never used for cross-event tracking or public surveillance.
• Guests can request immediate deletion of their selfie and match data at any time.

3. Photographer & Customer Account Data

For registered studio users and subscribers, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing details required to manage your account and deliver invoices. Payment transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.

4. Data Security

All data transmission between your browser and our servers is secured via 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Photo assets are stored in geographically distributed, private cloud infrastructure with strict access controls.
